Buyer led selling is so old it’s new again
Buyer led sales.
It’s the hot “new” thing.
Yawn.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s important.
But it’s not new.
Here’s how not new it is.
The first great book about buyer led selling was written nearly 100 years ago.
How to Win Friends and Influence People.
You want to learn how to be buyer centric? Other oriented?
Dale Carnegie’s book is a great place to start.
It’s the book everyone in sales claims to have read. But few actually have.
Everyone should read it. Or re-read it.
If you want to be a buyer led seller you need to change.
If you’re low win rate seller who is losing more deals than you win, you’re not going to wake up one morning and suddenly be buyer led.
You have to learn and embrace a new perspective on how to effectively connect and work with buyers to help them make their decisions.
Start doing that by reading this book.
Follow that by reading Sell Without Selling Out.
It’s my first book in a series about real buyer led selling. (The next book coming next year.)
